The Amazing Digital Zine is an unofficial TADC fanzine that focuses on the celebration and love for the show and it's cast and crew! This projects funding will go towards the distribution/printing of the zines and Palestine Relief.We are not affiliated with Glitch Productions or anyone who is affiliated with them. This is a fan made and run project done for fun as well as a good cause!

What is a Zine?

Zines are independently printed publications usually made by a group of people.
They come in many forms, from a single folded piece of paper to fandom zines with hundreds of pages and high production value. Zines have a long history as protest art and niche subculture expression!

Do I need previous Zine experience to apply?

You do not! We highly encourage any artist beginner or experienced in zines to apply!

Will this be digital or physical?

We are aiming for physical if the interest is there! We would also like to include merch as well, if the interest is high enough!
If not, digital pdf will always be an option we are alright with!

Is there an age requirement to apply?

18+ at the time of the application, this is due to it being a for-profit charity zine and may involve paypal and other shipping related things.

Is this non-profit or for profit?

This is a for-charity. All funding will go towards creating the zines and distributing them as well as funding will go towards Palestine Relief funds! What art mediums are allowed?

ANY VISUAL ART! This includes writing, 3D art, knitting, crochet, crafts, digital art, etc!NO AI!!!!! You will be removed from the project immediately if found to be using AI in any sort of form.

Will NSFW be allowed?

No NSFW whatsoever! Although scary themes and topics may be allowed! AS WELL, we do not accept anything along the lines of profic, this is a PUBLIC ZINE and we will not have any of that content period. No exceptions.

Will ships be allowed?

No ships will be present in the zine, we plan to try to keep it centered mostly around the canon interactions in the show to avoid any shipping favoritism/issues !

How many people will be included per role?

Depending on how much interest there is we would see about 35-45 artists, with about 3-5 of them being merch artists!This could be subjected to change anytime!

What will mods do?

Moderators will help moderate and watch over the project discord server when the main owners are not present or unavailable.They will not have a PIECE spot in the zine and must put in an artist application if interested in putting in a piece.Although, they will have a credit in the zine, as well receive the zine and it's contents for their help and time.

Will there be guest artists? How will they be chosen?

Guest artists are artist we feel and/or as well, we have gathered from the interest check that we will reach out to with an optional spotlight spot in the zine.
Guest artists do not have to go through the application process if chosen beforehand and is once again, an optional spot!Depending on the applications and interest, there will be 5-10 guest spots.

How will participants be compensated?

They will all receive the zine and it's contents for their hard work with shipping and handling. They deserve their art and pieces for their time and wonderful pieces.

- You MUST be 18+ to apply to the zine, once again this is for reasonings of paypal and other money related things for projects.We know that TADC is 13+, but for the comfort and smoothness of the zine, it must stay 18+! We hope you will at least follow the project regardless and we appreciate any younger fans support!- but this also means, NO PROFIC/PROSHIP ALLOWED. Period. No exceptions and no discussions. This is for the comfortability of everyone in the zine. If you have a problem with this then this zine and it's creator's may not be for you.- NO AI ART. NO IF, ANDS, OR BUTS. NOT EVEN A REFERENCE OF AI ART. If you are found out to be using AI art or referencing it in any way shape or form, you will be removed from the project immediately.- That being said, referencing real life images and art references made as tools is alright!- you MUST have discord, this is how we will communicate throughout the project! Discord is also available on desktop/website.- Mods do not get to create a piece, but will be credited and included in helping and events of the project; as well, receive the zine.- WHEN SENDING IN SAMPLES OF YOUR ART/WRITING IN THE APPLICATIONS please make sure they are public/shared so the mods can access the pieces! If we cannot access the pieces or writing, we will be unable to consider you for the zine.- When applying, please show at one or two pieces with at least simple to detailed backgrounds and/or fully finished pieces! If you have done merch before and are interested, we also would love to see that as well! DO NOT SEND NSFW IN YOUR APPLICATION.
However, artistic nudity is allowed.- Writers when applying, please link us to at least two of your best works minimum. They can either be TADC related or not. We will be going off of grammar, writing flow, composition, and character. DO N O T SEND NSFW OR LEMON WRITING IN YOUR APPLICATION- WE WILL HAVE BACKFILL SLOTS! Backfill slots are needed if any artists dropout or leave the project in which we will message an artist who has listened themselves as a backfill artist and asked at anytime to join the project to help fill in!- We are located and WILL be shipping from the US. But this means, we cannot guarantee entry and/or physical delivery of the zine from countries who have banned discord or any sort of shipping to the country. We will do our very best to accommodate and figure things out for our artists and audiences who are in these locations and understand your frustrations with you. Connecting to communities should be for everyone wherever in the world and we sympathize with you. :(- if accepted into the zine, whether it be as a mod, artist, writer, or merch artist, you are understanding that there is check-ins that are required for the zine to move forward on schedule. Failure to communicate any delays, emergencies, or setbacks may result in removal from the zine.- This zine will be ran a little more differently than a typical one. Ghost and I will be holding mini events on either the zine discord server and/or on social media sites. These events are optional and not required, although, we would love if you joined in and collaborated for the timeline of the zine since it is a long one and we would love to make it a memorable one with small hangouts, art streams, aggies/collaborations, and games!
The more eyes, word, and community spread based on the zine, the more we will be able to donate !THESE WILL BE UPDATED AS THE PROJECT PROGRESSES
